As the founder of Shanghai Meiji, Lee takes pride in placing client care, for both schools and candidates, the number one priority.

Chief Operations Officer

With extensive experience in both teaching and recruitment, she is in charge of managing all departments of Shanghai Meiji.


Lilian
UK Branch Manager

Lilian, who holds a Master’s in TESOL, has both extensive teaching and recruitment experience. She is currently in charge of overseas development and manages the UK branch.


Zack
Account Manager

Zack has 13 years experiences in customer services field and has abroad experience in Singapore,Malaysia and China. He has provide various customer experiences especially handling the schools and provide the necessity of the schools requirements. Hence,he has been great in servicing with professional positive attitude.


Feona
Accounting Manager

Feona handles all the financial tasks for Shanghai Meiji. She is also an expert in handling all travel arrangements for staff and teachers upon request.


Nancy
Accounts Manager

Nancy has years of both teaching and marketing experience. This helps her recognize schools’ needs and promotes excellent customer care for our schools.


Camus
Project Coordinator

Camus provides arrival support as well as assistance, to all new teachers joining our programs, in adjusting to life in China. He is also responsible for event organization for our teachers.

Senior Trainer

Sarah has taught all around the world and brought her expertise to Shanghai Meiji. She provides extensive training and ideas to help new teachers improve in the classroom.


Stephan
Recruitment Specialist

Previously an English teacher in Shanghai, Stephan has a clear understanding of what teachers need and expect when teaching in China. This allows him to excel as a recruiter.


Sarah Wen
Recruitment Consultant

Sarah is a Native English Speaker from New Zealand, and can also speak Cantonese and Mandarin. Sarah has worked in some of the top international schools in China including the American International School, and has taught English in Training Centre as well teaching privately. She has extensive life experience in China and enjoys working with teachers to help them find a job.
